Deklaracje śmieciowe w Kartuzach. Deklaracje śmieciowe miały pomóc gminom określić, ile osób mieszka pod konkretnym adresem – od tego zależy wysokość opłaty za wywóz śmieci. Jednak „przy okazji” niektóre gminy postanowiły zebrać sobie trochę więcej informacji, które absolutnie nie są konieczne do ustalenia wysokości opłaty! Niektóre gminy żądały np. zaświadczeń od pracodawców, oświadczeń potwierdzających, że osoby zameldowane pod danym adresem przebywają np. w więzieniu, domu dziecka lub domu opieki społecznej. Jednak najbardziej absurdalny pomysł zrodził się w Kartuzach – mieszkańcy mieli deklarować, jaki jest stopień pokrewieństwa między osobami zamieszkującymi jedną nieruchomość. Co to ma do śmieci?
