Zupełnie niezrozumiałą dla mnie rzeczą jest konieczność posiadanie spersonalizowanych kart miejskich, gdyż umożliwia to śledzenie sposobu w jaki poruszam się po mieście. To, że z tej możliwość ZTM korzysta widać w jego procedurach np.: elementem weryfikacji zgłoszenia zgubionej karty jest porównanie zgłoszonych punktów doładowania karty miejskiej i najczęstszych tras. Po co taki nadzór? Do czego niezbędne jest łączenie moich danych osobowych z profilem użytkownika komunikacji miejskiej? Rozumiem, że do celów statystycznych. Uważam, że posiadacze anonimowych kart miejskich nie powinni być przez ZTM „dyskryminowani”.
